Operations Manager

Meet Brantley. He is our operations manager here at reign and has been with us since we started. Brantley is a young adult who was born and raised in North Carolina. He came to Florida in early 2020 to seek treatment and after fighting tooth and nail, he finally made the decision to stay and rebuild the life he now loves to live. Brantley’s always been super compassionate about what he does no matter the situation, and he’s grown within the company because of this. During your stay here at Reign, you're sure to have Brantley in your corner!

Primary Therapist

Meet Cory, a seasoned professional with 13 years of sustained recovery. He is a dedicated and compassionate 44-year-old male primary therapist at Reign residential mental health facility. Holding a master’s degree in social work, complemented by a bachelor’s in social work and an associate degree in arts. He has honed his skills and knowledge to provide holistic support to individuals navigating mental health challenges. In addition to serving as a Registered Licensed Clinical Social Work Intern, his expertise extends to facilitating therapeutic groups, fostering a nurturing environment for healing and growth. Drawing from his personal journey of recovery, he brings a unique understanding and empathy to my work, empowering clients on their paths toward wellness and resilience.

Dr. Sergey Litvinov

Dr. Sergey Litvinov

Medical Director

Meet Dr. Litvinov, the Medical Director for Reign and Prevail. Over the past twenty years he has seen an increase in the importance of the body in psychology, neuroscience, philosophy of mind and psycho-pharmacology. It challenges the orthodox view in cognitive science in several ways: it downplays the traditional ‘mind-as-computer’ approach and emphasizes the role of interactions between the brain, body, and environment. computation and representation. He looks at the current relationship between orthodox cognitive science and the study of mental disorder and consider the implications all of them in my practice. Dr. Litvinov has been practicing medicine for more than 20 years. His interest is General Psychiatry(particularly, Adult Age Psychiatry). He also accomplished Fellowships in Geriatric Psychiatry and Mental Health Psychiatry.

Alejandro Castillo

Clinical Director

Alejandro Castillo was born and raised in the South Florida. Mr. Castillo attended Florida International University obtaining his Bachelors Degree in Sociology. Mr. Castillo then Attended Barry University and attained a dual Masters in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. Mr. Castillo is licensed in Florida as Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and as a Master’s Level Certified Addictions Professional (MCAP). Additionally, he is licensed in Tennessee as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as New Jersey as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). In Florida he also holds certification as a Certified Recovery Residence Administrator (CRRA).Mr. Castillo has 25 + years of experience in the field of Mental Health working with Dually diagnosed populations. His experience began in the non-for-profit sector but has worked a wide range of settings in Primary Mental Health, Detox, Adolescents and Veteran Based at both outpatient residential levels of care. Throughout the course of his career Mr. Castillo has held positions ranging from therapist, program coordination, Clinical Supervisor to Director of Adult Services.

Meet Sevenise, our Director of Nursing at Prevail Recovery Center. With a wealth of supervisory and managerial experience, Sevenise is a dedicated Registered Nurse who has cultivated her skills across various medical fields,with a special focus on mental health and mental health treatment. She is a proud alumna of West Coast University,where she earned her master's degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner, and an active member of theFlorida Nurses Association.Sevenise is passionate about her profession, finding immense fulfillment in helping individuals conquer their most daunting challenges. At Prevail, our facility, and, most importantly, our tight-knit team of professionals, offer an exceptionally compassionate and respectful approach to care. Sevenise's expertise and extensive background play a crucial role in ensuring our patients undergo the detoxification process with both comfort and safety in mind.Outside of her professional life, you'll often find Sevenise exploring new destinations, keeping active at the gym, or whipping up delicious meals for her friends and family.

Mike Borzillo

Meet Mike. He has decades of personal and professional experience in the field of mental health and works in an operational capacity in South Florida and Tennessee. Mike has the perfect blend of grit and compassion that allows him to immerse himself in the challenging field of mental health, decade after decade, without losing the love for what he does. Over his career, Mike has worked from Admissions to discharge, later transitioning into Senior Management. His unique abilities and experienced leadership inspires deep loyalty and trust of those around him - staff and clients alike. His superpower is in drawing the best out of people. This is evident when you watch him interact with those around him. His stabilizing leadership and guidance makes him an invaluable asset to his colleagues. His empathy and compassion makes clients feel cared for and comfortable, even the most difficult. Mike credits his own (often painful) journey in recovery for his amazing life and career. With almost 20 years clean and sober he understands intuitively what people need. You'll recognize him by his unmistakable Boston accent, his love for his family, and his freakish knowledge of all things New York Yankees.

Justin Denenberg

VP of Business Development

Justin Denenberg, our Director of Business Development, was born in Brooklyn, NY, and raised in New Jersey. After overcoming his problems and achieving sobriety in 2012, Justin entered the rehabilitation industry in 2013. His personal recovery journey fuels his passion for helping others. At Prevail Recovery Center, Justin uses his unique experiences to support clients and guide them through treatment, making him a vital part of our team.

Andrew Turner

Director of Client Services & Alumni Coordinator

Andrew Turner is from Bangor, Maine and struggled with addiction after being prescribed narcotics for a sports injury. Realizing he was in trouble, Andrew reached out to find his way back to a sober life. He moved to South Florida in 2013 in search of sobriety and stayed ever since. Andrew has dedicated his life to helping others who struggle with addiction and mental health illness and regularly goes above and beyond for anyone in need. He started working as a Behavioral Health Technician working up to various roles including case management, outreach and operations. He also has experience working with adolescents as a local outreach coordinator. Andrew believes every addict deserves a second chance at life and is dedicated to making that a reality.

Evan Prager

Evan Prager, 33, is from East Meadow, NY. He found himself struggling early on in high school which followed him into adult hood problems. Recognizing the need for change he sought the help of others for his sobriety and decided to dedicate his life to helping others find their own path to clean and sober living. Evan relocated to South, Florida and began working in the detox and rehabilitation industry. Evan has worked at multiple treatment centers in various roles from Admissions Director to Marketing Director increasing patient outreach all over South Florida. His desire in life is give other fellow addicts the tools to live a healthy sober life like him.
